November 28, 2008, 8PM: Played 3 hours, 30 minutes at Cascades Casino (Langley)
$2 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

Lost most races, and had a weak table with people calling with draws even after I've priced them out of the pot...they'd still call and hit.

$40 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (2nd out of 33 Players)

Played patiently and picked my stops...played final hand poorly thou.  K6 off with a K 2 2 flop.  I checked blind and called a 4k bet...by the end figured i was playing to a chop...and he had me beat with a k 10 and the 10 played with a k 2 2 7 9 board.

$30 Buy-In No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament (1st out of 18 Players)

Pretty easy tournament....always pushed all in with the nuts on river....and always got called by 2 pair of flush or straights.

November 15, 2008, 10PM: Played 4 hours at Cascades Casino (Langley)
$2 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

First hand I played was in a 5 way pot.  Pocket 10's in the SB with $10 to call.  Flop was 9 high rainbow.  Bet out $20.  1 caller.  Turn a J, check, check, river a brick.  Check Check and take down the pot.  A few hands later, AQh.  UTG raises to 15, and I call.  Flop comes down Q high.  UTG checks I bet out 20, she calls.  Turn a K, she bets 20, I call.  River a A, she bets 50, I call.  She shows AK.

Card dead for about a hour and a half.  Then about 65 bucks left, and find AcQs off.  UTG raises to 15, and 3 callers.  Flop comes down AK9s.  I check, UTG bets 20, then a call, then I go all in with the nut flush draw.  Both call and I dbl up.

Got lucky a couple of times...was card dead...finally decided to raise with K 10 off...push on by the BB..half my stack in already so I snap call.  BB shows PP QQ.  Flop brings a K and I dbl up.

Won my race with AJ vs. 66...dbl up again.  Head into final table with 15K in chips...2nd...5 short stacks.  CARD DEAD..LOST all races :(
