$1 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

2 tables.  Played to pick up the bonus while finishing tourney.  Was just going to play a tournet or two after finishing the bathroom, so I'm OK with the basically breaking even with the bonus.  Don't have time to put in a NL session, but 2/4 kicked my ass quickly.

Played one hand poorly, then got drawn out on, quickly.  Was getting decent starting hands but getting sucked out on.  Started with a short buy and decided not to go back for more.

last of the 3 original tables.  very patient here as I ws down for most of the session doubled through 3 times then lost 15 or 20 back.  Was willing to push chips in when I felt I had the best hand.  I am slowly getting better at "reading" players online, at least putting them on a hand.

Post in the cutoff and get AQc turn top 2 and it holds.  win next 2 hands as well.  pick up a few small pots nd decided to get out with a win.  Hit and run! I used to mke good money doing this, but have gotten away from it.

3 tables, still playing 1.  Went south on one table and I just wouldn't let up. other table got short and I slow play AK into A-rag moron on button flop AKx and he pushes on the turn drawing dead to make a few bucks. Don't think I played poorly, just a little impatient and not as aggressive as I need to be.

KJ in sb min raise by utg, flop KQJ check raise him and he pushes all in with AQ turn Q river A.  Good to see that my run in online tourneys is intact.

January 25, 2006, 6PM: Played 1 hour, Made $20.20 at FT
$1 No-Limit Texas Hold'em

2 tables.  Played rather well.  had a well played set shoved up my ass early. But I settled down quickly and made some good plays.  Played my last losing hand well and got unlucky.  67s mid late position raise to 3 get repopped from the sb to 7 and I call flop a 6 and check turn a 6 and bet get raised and push all in.  AK catches gut shot Q on river.  $20 win should have been 80 or more.
 Played on the loosest table at the time and the tightest, took the worst beats on the tight table.  Still learning the NL live game.
